INRISCO

Major advances in ICT allow to consider citizens moving sensors. People carrying their mobile devices or connected vehicles moving and actively participating in social networks, provide a large amount of information which, after processing, can support numerous applications for the benefit of the community. In this context of Smart Communities, INRISCO aims to provide: (i) Early detection of abnormal situations in cities (incidents); (ii) Analyze if they are really adverse situations for the community, according to their level of impact; (iii) In that case, the automatically provide support by spreading the right information to citizens and to the competent authorities.
