ADOCKER

ADOCKER will provide a new VIM plugin for Open Source MANO with the aim of integrating a new container-based infrastructure into the 5GINFIRE platform. This plugin communicates with a middleware developed by Gradiant that manages a virtual infrastructure based on Kubernetes.

With this infrastructure, 5GINFIRE researchers will be able to use their own equipment or any remote machine with Docker installed as part of the platform by simply running a command on it. Additionally, this infrastructure will be capable of managing ARM hardware, enabling the deployment of small, low-power computing devices for experiments.
