Purpose of processing
At GRADIANT we process personal data collected through the Website for the following purposes:
- Staff selection processes: through “JOB”, we receive applications for the job offers available at Gradiant. Through your job application, you can choose between providing your data to the Foundation for a specific job offer, or allowing GRADIANT to take into account your professional skills for other vacancies that may arise in the future.
- Business contacts:
- Web users: queries made through the “CONTACT” form, in which identifying data of the interested party is requested in order to resolve their request/query.
- Blog Subscription: By providing your email address, users are allowed to subscribe to our Blog for news about the Foundation and the latest technological developments. Your express consent is also requested for the incorporation of the information you provide to us into the Foundation’s databases for commercial prospecting purposes.
The data we request from you is appropriate, pertinent and strictly necessary and you are under no obligation to provide it to us, but failure to provide it may affect the purpose of the service or the impossibility of providing it.
If the user provides personal contact details of third parties, the user undertakes to communicate this clause to the owners of said data, informing them, prior to said communication to GRADIANT, of all the aspects included therein, especially the identity and contact details of the owner, the purposes of the processing and the possibility of exercising rights.
