Purpose of Processing
At GRADIANT, we process the personal data collected through the website for the following purposes:
- Staff recruitment processes: Through “JOIN US,” we receive applications for available job offers at Gradiant. Through your job application, you may choose to submit your data to the Foundation for a specific job offer or allow GRADIANT to consider your professional skills for future vacancies.
- Commercial contacts:
- Website users: Inquiries made through the “CONTACT” form, where identifying information of the interested party is requested to address their request or inquiry.
- Blog subscription: By providing your email address, users can subscribe to our Blog for news about the Foundation and the latest technological developments. Explicit consent is requested for the inclusion of the information provided into the Foundation’s databases for commercial prospecting.
- GRD service providers: GRD collaborates with certain third-party service providers who have access to your personal data and process it as data processors on behalf of and for GRD as a result of their service provision.
GRD applies strict criteria when selecting service providers to ensure compliance with data protection obligations and commits to signing the appropriate data processing contract with them. This contract will impose, among other things, the following obligations: applying appropriate technical and organizational measures; processing personal data for agreed-upon purposes and based solely on GRD’s documented instructions; and deleting or returning the data to GRD once the service is completed.
Specifically, GRD contracts third-party service providers in sectors such as consulting, auditing, multidisciplinary professional services, technology service providers, and/or IT service providers.
