2023: The Year of Implementation of Next Empleamar
The Next Empleamar project continues its second year of development, we started with meetings of the management teams and the technical area to analyse each of the actions and the fulfilment of the planned progress.
Progress in this phase of the project is mainly related to the Artificial Intelligence modules.
The project already has an initial version of the CV reading service, which extracts information from CVs and implements a control mechanism for exception tracing. The extracted information will be made available to the application which, with the user’s approval, will store it in the database.
Work has been done on the implementation of the virtual assistants: the first one will offer applicants a quick and easy tool to create their profile using natural language, the second one will be integrated within the website and is being designed to facilitate the use of the application.
Progress has also been made in the area of recommenders: one of which, designed for job vacancies, offers an ordered response of the best candidates for a vacancy and best vacancies for the candidate; while the other, focused on training needs, will allow people to find out which training courses can improve their employment options.
The entire infrastructure of artificial intelligence modules is stored in a container system that makes it portable.
Work is currently underway to launch the pilot test internally. Both the application and the intelligent systems are capable of responding to real job offers that may be published in that period by companies in the sector. During this phase, the functioning of all available mechanisms will be verified: chatbot, CV reader and the web application itself, carrying out a battery of internal tests to control performance and evaluate its operation, making it possible to adjust the parameters of the recommenders.
