CAROL

The CAROL project (Computer-Assisted Robotic Operator Layer) aims to build an intelligent and automated platform for managing data centers. This platform seeks to provide two main functionalities: 1) The ability to perform prescriptive analytics through continuous monitoring of the elements of a data center, allowing for forecasting and optimization of its operation; and 2) 24/7 assistance to data center users or clients through an intelligent agent, ensuring immediate attention to resolve issues efficiently.
