COMSENSO

The objective of GRADIANT in the COMSENSO project is to implement a defect detection algorithm for manufactured parts, combining data from simulation, monitoring, and testing. To achieve this, a model will be trained using historical data, which, once validated, will be fed with real-time process data. Additionally, an algorithm based on machine learning and AI techniques will be designed and developed to predict the occurrence of quality failures in a part based on process variables (trajectories, multiphysics simulations, etc.). The trained model will allow the determination of where and how quality failures will occur and with what probability.
