MEDRAR

The MEDRAR project (MEDRAR INNOVATION OFFICE) uses machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and FAQbot(i) techniques to recommend actions requested by the chatbot user. The system will have access to a prior knowledge base (e.g., competitor companies, relevant partners, or R&D funding opportunities) and will recommend or provide answers to questions available in the knowledge base (FAQ). To achieve this, the module will train a model using information provided by MEDRAR (both internal and external to the company). Based on a set of historical documents related to innovation, the FAQBOT module will generate a set of questions (FAQ database) and be capable of answering them.
