The NEXTEMPLEAMAR Project seeks to develop an automated labor intermediation platform in the fishing sector, incorporating natural language processing technologies for digitalizing resumes and credentials, as well as using intelligent chatbots. The platform will assist both in receiving candidates and in their hiring through job offer registration, including big data analytics to detect trends and needs in the sector, generating intelligent recommendations for candidates wishing to develop their professional careers.
