The Vibra-Eolo project consists of the study, design, and implementation of several electronic subsystems for the acquisition, conditioning, and processing of vibration data for its application and predictive maintenance of a wind turbine, in order to validate the technologies under study.
The platform will carry out analog signal acquisition and conditioning, as well as the digital processing of signals from piezoelectric vibration sensors. Experimental results will be obtained both in the laboratory and in various field tests to be carried out on wind turbines.
Additionally, in the field of digital signal processing, advanced techniques for detecting defects in bearings or gearboxes will be studied, such as shock pulse analysis or pivot value detection. The processing related to basic vibration analysis tools or techniques, such as global values, waveforms, and spectra, as well as advanced tools such as order analysis and demodulation, will also be studied.
