The main differentiating value of the system, compared to existing ones, is to present it as a comprehensive solution that supports the physician throughout the diagnostic process, from the patient interview to decision-making, including the anamnesis, physical examination, and the collection of this information in the electronic health record in a coded format. This system will use innovative technologies and improve hospital information systems.
