From May 6th to 9th, Gradiant will attend the RSA Conference (RSAC), the world’s premier forum for the cybersecurity industry, alongside ICEX, where it will showcase its technology making a real impact in financial cryptography for banking and online payments

During the same period, the technology center will be present at 5G FORUM in Seville, where leaders in 5G will convene to contribute their expertise in mobile network security and 6G, as well as unmanned systems connectivity

Gradiant returns once again to the world’s foremost forum for the cybersecurity industry, the RSA Conference 2024, taking place in San Francisco, USA, from May 6th to 9th. The technology center will be part of the Spanish mission, alongside 25 other companies, showcasing its technology with real impact in financial cryptography for banking and online payments.

In the 2024 edition of this global forum, themed “The Art of the Possible,” Gradiant attends as an exhibitor, presenting solutions like SafeGate, which facilitates integration and monitoring of business processes using cryptographic hardware; KeyConnect, a cryptographic platform for multisector companies needing secure key management in HSM devices; IDhub, a system unifying digital certificates in cloud-hosted HSMs while keeping clients’ digital certificates secure; and Valida, a tool for detecting forgeries in multimedia documents (JPEG images and PDF files) and anticipating fraud in the banking sector.

Juan González, director of the Security and Privacy area, and Alexandre Teijeiro, International Business manager, will represent Gradiant in San Francisco, the nerve center of corporate cybersecurity and home to major players in the industry in the United States.

Sponsors of the seventh edition of the 5G Forum

The technology center will also attend the 5G FORUM, taking place at the Auditorio Nissan Cartuja in Seville during the same dates, with a hybrid format featuring two days of in-person sessions (Monday, May 6th, and Tuesday, May 7th) and three virtual days (May 8th, 9th, and 10th), bringing together leaders in 5G.

In addition to being a sponsor, Gradiant, represented by the Advanced Communications team led by Luis Pérez Roca, will contribute its expertise to the industry in mobile network security 5G and 6G, and unmanned systems connectivity, including aerial, surface, and underwater systems (known as UxVs).

Gradiant’s solutions in 5G and 6G mobile network security enable automated interference detection, identifying and preventing attacks on 5G/6G networks through machine learning algorithms, and offering tools to generate interference maps for these networks, allowing for precise inhibitor detection. The technology center also develops Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) systems to further enhance communications network security, crucial for both mobile operators and military entities.

In the online portion of the event, Joaquín Escudero, responsible for Advanced Mobile Communications, will introduce 5G network security, highlighting its significant differences from the previous 4G generation and sharing some examples of vulnerabilities and attacks.

The center will showcase its expertise in mobile communications and its contribution to the Cervera Excellence Network research project “6GDifferent,” aimed at advancing 5G networks.

Regarding UxVs security for the industry, Gradiant implements cooperative technology in unmanned vehicles through 5G or data links, expanding their operational capabilities and ensuring control far beyond the pilot’s visual range. The center also employs Artificial Intelligence, develops specific software and hardware, and implements Video Analytics functions, enabling drones to make autonomous decisions, process data, analyze visual information in real-time, and ensure communication security and reliability.
