Gradiant will take part in Transfiere 2025, the leading European forum on R&D&I and knowledge transfer, taking place in Málaga from March 12 to 14. Gradiant’s General Director, Luis Pérez-Freire, and Fernando Jiménez, Manager at Gradiant, will be part of the ATIGA delegation, representing Galicia’s innovation and technological capabilities at this key event.

The Galician R&D&I ecosystem continues to thrive and will showcase its momentum at Transfiere 2025. A delegation from the Intersectoral Technological Alliance of Galicia (ATIGA), led by its president and General Director of AIMEN, Jesús Lago, will travel to Málaga to highlight the strength of Galicia’s tech sector. The seven Galician technology centers that make up ATIGA (AIMEN, ANFACO, CETIM, CTAG, ENERGYLAB, GRADIANT, and ITG) will attend the forum following a successful 2024. ATIGA will actively participate in Transfiere 2025 with its own stand in the area designated by the event for technology centers that are members of the Federation of Spanish Technology Centers (Fedit).

As in previous years, the presence of Galicia at Transfiere 2025 will be further supported by the Regional Government of Galicia, which—through the Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN)—will lead a specific mission to promote the region’s technological and industrial capabilities.

Ongoing demand for qualified professionals

GAIN is currently running a strong promotional campaign to showcase the capabilities of Galicia’s technology ecosystem, which continues to seek new talent for its research and innovation teams. A clear example is what happened in 2024: the seven centers that make up ATIGA published nearly 300 job offers for highly qualified professionals.

Participation in Transfiere 2025 is a valuable opportunity to further position Galician technology centers as a cornerstone of regional innovation and to strengthen Galicia’s reputation as a national and international benchmark in technology and knowledge transfer—across sectors such as biotechnology, aeronautics, automotive, metalworking, and food industry research.
