The objective of the project is to develop a tool for the massive analysis of data generated by machines and equipment, using Big Data technologies and architectures, as well as machine learning algorithms.
This tool will enable:
Determining the state of deterioration of equipment and machines by predicting the early onset of failures or breakdowns.
Determining the relationship between the quality of manufactured parts and the deterioration state of the manufacturing process, allowing action to be taken on the machines before their condition affects the quality of the produced parts.
The system developed by Gradiant will be integrated into the AGATA platform to form a final solution for predictive maintenance and advanced monitoring of industrial manufacturing processes. Additionally, the solution developed will be validated at GKN Vigo’s facilities.
