FEMORA

This is a project in collaboration with Ednon. FEMORA will provide training for nursing staff via mobile phones equipped with multimedia capabilities and augmented reality. The healthcare sector is highly dynamic, and the rapid advances in medicine require constant updates for healthcare personnel. Using QR codes placed throughout the hospital, FEMORA will allow nurses to access multimedia information and guides for performing specific procedures without leaving their workstations. This will speed up the learning process, stabilize new techniques, and indirectly improve patient care.
