Secure, high-level interface for manufacturer-agnostic operation and management of HSMs. Support of HSMs from different manufacturers

The solution will provide financial applications with a single high-level, secure and user-friendly interface that implements the cryptographic verbs offered by different financial HSM manufacturers. The main features will be an administration interface, exposing both user and infrastructure management functionalities, and a cryptographic interface, which will facilitate the access of banking applications to a set of functionalities with common parameters, solving the problem of the lack of standardization of HSMs. It will support HSMs from Utimaco and Thales (leaders in HSM manufacturing).

Access control for users and applications through advanced IAM.

The service to be developed will allow setting permissions to limit access to applications to cryptographic keys and primitives.

Advanced monitoring of operations and anomaly detection

The solution will store information on all queries made to the HSMs. In addition, it will integrate an artificial intelligence module based on anomaly detection. Both training and real-time prediction data will be obtained from the ELK15. The anomaly detection module will therefore exploit the information available in the ELK for transaction monitoring in order to detect anomalies that can be detected in the future.
